• February 12th , 1992, Randy Kehler's house is sold at auction to Danny Franklin and Terry Charnesky

• April 15th , 1992, Randy Kehler's supporters move in and occupy the contested house

• May 28th , 1993, an injunction is issued against the Kehler-Corner protests

• December 31st , 1993, an out of court settlement is reached
